RioMar Recife is an inclusive environment, designed to ensure the comfort and well-being of all. The Mall is equipped with elevators providing access all floors and adapted restrooms for individuals with disabilities.

To enhance mobility, RioMar Recife also offers manual, motorized and children’s wheelchairs, all available on the Ground Floor near the main entrance. 

Location of automatic wheelchair pick-up points:

• Floor L1 – Near Petz and elevators.
• Floor L2 – Near Tok&Stok and elevators.

For visitors with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), RioMar Recife’s Customer Service Center (SAC) provides earmuffs free of charge to ensure a more comfortable shopping experience. These are available on Floor L1 and can be requested by a parent or guardian (18+) accompanying the child or adolescent.

RioMar Recife has three Family Areas, on Floors L1, L2 and L3. These are equipped with facilities for diaper changing and breastfeeding, a food preparation area, child-friendly restrooms, and courtesy strollers.

RioMar Recife has a seven-floor multi-story parking facility, equipped with a smart parking system that provides real-time updates on available spaces via electronic displays, making parking easier and more efficient for visitors.

The Mall also has 29 electric vehicle charging stations, available whenever the Mall is open. These are located in the covered carpark near Diagmax (4 stations), near the Lottery (2 stations), near Palato supermarket (4 stations), and on Floor E-02 of the multistory car park (2 stations), Floor E-03 (12 stations), in the valet parking section on Floor E-03 (3 stations), and on Floor E-04 (2 stations).
